*** All orders are sent via USPS Groud Advantage - which generally takes around 3-10 business days for orders shipped within the USA but may take longer, depending on the post office, weather, etc. As much as we’d love to, we have no control over the Post Office. If there are any problems, though, we’ll always do our best to fix the situation.

*** International orders generally take 2-6 weeks for delivery - but can take longer. Customs may take some time to process orders; their turnaround is completely up to their discretion. Past orders to international orders have taken around 3 weeks.

Gold-filled jewelry

Gold-filled is the next level to solid gold. It is an amazing, quality alternative, and also durable and tarnish-resistant. Usually safe for people with metal allergies. 14K gold-filled is 100x thicker than gold-plated.

We use a 14k gold-filled or sterling silver chain, high-quality stones, and pearls. While I try to take photographs that accurately represent our jewelry, please understand that every computer screen is different.

We use only natural gemstones, shell, and pearls in our handmade jewelry. Each stone and shell is one of a kind, made by nature. Shape and size will slightly vary,

Necklace lengths look a little different on each individual. If you don’t know your preferred necklace length, you’ll need a piece of string and a ruler. Find your preferred length by wrapping the string around your neck and marking the desired length.

All jewelry must be cared for to keep its best condition. Gold-filled jewelry is tarnish-resistant. Jewelry should not be worn in the shower, pool, or ocean. Please avoid applying lotions and sprays while wearing your Jewelry. Please store your jewelry in a clean and dry place to maintain its best condition.

Clean with a soft cloth; for deeper cleaning, soak in warm soapy water and gently dry.

PVD Jewelry

Easy maintenance: PVD-coated jewelry requires minimal maintenance and can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and mild soap.

We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
